Article 01
Quotes and Technical Assessment
All quotes provided by SolderTech Solutions are based on the initial technical documentation (BOM, Gerber files, photos) provided by the Client. Quotes remain valid for 30 days. An agreement is formalized only upon written confirmation (email) and, where applicable, the receipt of a deposit or purchase order (PO).
Article 02
Material and Component Provision
Unless otherwise agreed, the Client is responsible for providing all necessary components and bare PCBs (kitted).
- The Client must ensure that the Bill of Materials (BOM) matches the physical components supplied.
- SolderTech Solutions is not liable for project delays caused by missing, incorrect, or defective components provided by the Client.
- Components must be supplied in appropriate ESD-safe packaging.
Article 03
Quality Standards & Inspection
Work is performed according to IPC-A-610 (Class 2 or 3) standards. SolderTech Solutions guarantees professional workmanship. Every project undergoes 100% manual visual inspection under high-magnification digital optics before delivery.
Article 04
Limitation of Liability
SolderTech Solutions’ liability is limited to the total value of the service fee paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or intellectual property related to the hardware.
- Consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruptions.
- Damage caused by shipping carriers (all shipments are at the Client's risk unless additional insurance is requested).
Article 05
Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on manual soldering workmanship. This warranty covers solder joint integrity and assembly accuracy according to the provided documentation. The warranty is void if the hardware has been modified, mishandled, or subjected to electrical stress by the Client or third parties after delivery.
Article 06
Payment and Invoicing
Invoices are issued upon project completion or as per agreed milestones. Standard payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date. All payments must be made via bank transfer (SEPA) or card payment. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest under Dutch law.
Article 07
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the district where SolderTech Solutions is registered (East Brabant).
